Alan will be a key speaker at the Horticultural Trades Association’s Garden Futures conference in London on 12 October 2011 on ‘Reducing the Horticultural Use of Peat’. He will be presenting as Defra’s Chairman of the Sustainable Growing Media Taskforce and will be reporting on the first meeting of the Taskforce which takes place just two days beforehand.
